The Skin Care Power Couple

I have this thing for Target (as I’m sure most of you do) and as I was doing my daily weekly run through, I noticed a new skin care brand that looked really great! Acure is an affordable, organic skin care brand. All the ingredients in their products are plant and food based and vegan, sulfate/paraben/cruelty free. It doesn’t get any better than that! I’m all for organic skincare products since you’re skin absorbs all of those ingredients (obvi). Anyway, I grabbed two products from their line which I’ve been using a little over a week: acne spot treatment and glowing facial serum. At first, I didn’t think I needed the acne treatment since I don’t have acne but I’ve been using it on zits and on my T-zone and YO, it’s fantastic

I use the acne spot treatment twice a day, in the morning and evening. It’s 2% salicylic acid so I only use a tiny bit and pat it into my skin. My skin is a little sensitive but I haven’t noticed any problems from this product. My skin is actually feeling and looking amazing, I don’t know if I’ve ever had clearer skin! If I have zit, I apply a small amount of the acne treatment and within 3 days, it’s completely gone and there is no scarring. This treatment is almost $20, but I’m thinking it will last a pretty long time since I use barely any. Totally worth it, in my opinion!

I’ve been reading up on toners, serums, and oils and really wanted to test one out because of the great results I’ve seen/heard! I only use this serum from Acure in the evening, since I don’t like having my face feel oily in the morning. My face took a while to absorb the oil the first few days but now that I’ve been using it for a little over a week, I seriously notice a difference. My face is brighter, smoother, and I haven’t noticed redness!

It comes in a tiny bottle, but you only use one-two pumps so I’m expecting it to last until summer. I warm up the serum in my hands and then apply onto my face and neck.

There are so many other products I want to try on this line. Once my current cleanser is empty, I want to try out their facial cleansing gel. Their scrubs look ah-mazing, too! Also, the magical wonderfluff sounds like a miracle product mainly because of the name. This mask, this treatment, this toner, and this eye cream are all in my cart ready to check out now 🎉 You can buy all of the products I linked at Target and if you purchase $20 or more of beauty/skin care items then you get a $5 gift card. Have you heard of this brand before?

I like the acne spot treatment. When I get a zit, I want to be able to get to treating it and getting rid of it right away.

This sounds lovely – I don’t think we have it here in the UK, at least I haven’t heard of it yet. Love the little pump bottle tho! x

I’m now in a hunting for a facial Serum, so review like this helps me to make a good choice on which brand that offer facial Serum suits to my facial skin condition. I wonder if Acure available in Europe.

I have been trying to limit my spending – especially at Target, but these products look like what I’d naturally gravitate to. I have to check it out next time I go. I like organic and natural-ish ingredients in my skin care products… because, why not? Thank you for sharing because I never heard of it before your post and now I know what brand to look for when I go.
