That’s a longggg title, don’t you agree? I don’t know if I’ve had a title that long. But that’s not why you clicked on that post, is it? Not only do I write about fashion, beauty, and fitness but I can also read yo’ mind. I’m getting off-topic. CARDIO. One workout that I’m not a huge fan of. But, some workouts aren’t supposed to be all unicorns and rainbows. Because I’m not a fan of cardio, I aim for those workouts to be less than 20 minutes which means: I’ve got a handful of workouts that are so quick you won’t even realize you’re doing cardio. Plus, there’s a pretty good chance you’ll wake up sore tomorrow (admit it, you all love that feeling).
