My favorite workout routines are always focused on strengthening my core. I talked about my all-time favorite ab workout in this post, but thought I’d share a few more of my favorites that you can do at-home! I live for workouts that are less than 30 minutes but you still feel that burn (which makes you feel extra accomplished, right?). All of my favorites are videos since I find those are so much easier to follow/understand than a blog post or on an app (except the Nike+ app), too! Of course, to achieve toned abs you have to be working out regularly and having a clean diet. I’m writing up a weekly meal plan and a workout calendar for some ‘fitness Friday’ posts, keep an eye out for those in February. Also, it totally helps if you have a cute outfit to workout in. This one is my favorite from Fabletics!
This ab workout is only 10 minutes and really helps define those abs
Talk about a fun workout, this dance routine is specifically designed to tone up your abs and it combines a little bit of cardio!
If you want a little bit longer workout, this 30-minute routine from Jillian Michaels (the queen of fitness) is fantastic! There are three ladies showing separate ways to do the workout (beginner, intermediate, and advanced).
This workout is 10 minutes long and my ultimate favorite! I do this twice a day since it’s so easy and fast, I highly recommend 🙂
