10-Minute Makeup

:: shop the post ::

I love a simple makeup tutorial (cue: this post) and this look only took me a few minutes! I’m wearing less than 10 products (eight to be exact) and I still managed to look put together 💪🏽

Let’s get into the details. I skipped the foundation and went straight to concealer, I applied under my eyes, chin, and forehead. If you want to know about how I use concealer instead of foundation, see this post! I primed using (my new favorite) before I applied concealer. I blended in the concealer with a damp beautyblender. Once my concealer was blended, I applied blush.

I grabbed my eyeshadow brush that had some leftover product and fluffed that onto my crease. I think the last palette I used was the Tarte Pro! This took me maybe 30 seconds and was really easy, I’d suggest grabbing your most recently used eyeshadow brush and swiping that across your eyes. Normally you can find a little bit of leftover shadow!

The last part of my makeup was some eyeliner, mascara, and filling in my brows. I used the ABH Brow Wiz but I heard that this brow pencil is a fantastic dupe and even better than the brow wiz. I’m planning on testing it out, check out the beauty post next week for my review!

Now that it’s getting warmer here (although I think it’s supposed to get cold again 🙁 ), I love a lighter makeup look. I threw my hair into a sleek-ish bun (I tried to accomplish it but I can’t do hair). H

    You definitely look fresh and fabulous with the minimal application of makeup. Always great to lighten up with it when its spring/summer. I’m impressed you went without foundation yet still look so flawless!

    Great look! I agree with the eyebrows! Foundation, Eyebrows and mascara can make it look like you are made up without taking a ton of time! I can’t beleive I used to neglect my eyebrows!

    I think all of my makeup routines are less than ten minutes…that is about all the time I have before one of my kiddos starts banging down the door! Love this look! Wish I could do that eyeliner thing…totally inept at the pretty eyeliner!

    I can definitely benefit from quick makeup tips. I rarely have a lot of time when we are trying to get out of the house.

    I’m going to be honest. I’m pretty bad at make up. I really want to get better and this look is right up my alley. It’s so cute and I love how quick it is! I can’t wait to try it!

    You have a similar complexion to my daughter. She should look at your tips to make her makeup look as good as yours. I will point this out to her.

    Such a great look. I don’t usually wear makeup since highschool unless it is a special event/occasion. I figure the day will come soon enough were it will be necessary so until then I’m makeup free.

    What a GORGEOUS look! I need more practice with eyeliner though – right now, it’s about ten minutes per eye for me 😂
